Natuurlijk gaat het op SXSW al jaren over AI. Maar sinds kort kunnen we er met zijn allen wat mee zonder dat we programmeur zijn. Dankzij tekst-, beeld-, geluid- en video-diensten, kunnen we zelf makkelijk en snel media maken. Niet altijd goed, vaak zelfs slecht, maar ik vind het desondanks verbijsterend wat er nu al kan!
Ik zal me op SXSW focussen op die zogenoemde 'creative AI'. Als voorbereiding laat ik je zien wat de videodienst Visla in 2 minuten maakt als het de volgende opdracht krijgt:
"Make a video about the South By South West festival (SXSW) in Austin, Texas. It is a festival about trends in innovation and technology and their impact on society. Explain the power of the festival. Tell about highlights in the past like Twitter and Foursquare. Focus on the fun of a festival that combines technology with music and film with having a good time. Use as much footage of SXSW and Austin as you can."
